Interesting weather you're having - hope you've got a wood fired stove to keep you company.
Here its just bland - I'm still waiting for a sunny day to hit the beach - it was hotter in winter...
As for the Chinese, apparently they are just half the problem - the other part is the international network of evil (Russia, Saudi Arabia, Iran, Venezuela etc) who are also sitting on some monster reserves...
